EmotiKit Privacy Policy

This English text is a reference translation provided for convenience. The Korean version is the official document and prevails in the event of any discrepancy.

1. Information we collect

· When you sign in: basic profile information from your Google/Kakao account (name, profile photo), and for Google sign-in, your email address. Kakao sign-in does not collect an email address.
· Service usage records: your Daily Draw history and your credit grant and usage history are stored linked to your account.
· When you use custom sets: the subject text you enter and the resulting set information (including images) are stored linked to your account. We recommend not entering personal information (names, contact details, and so on) in the subject field.
· When you make a payment: payment is handled by a payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), and payment-method details such as card numbers are not stored on EmotiKit's servers. EmotiKit keeps only the transaction identifier needed to grant credits.

2. How we use it

· Providing sign-in and account-based features such as the Daily Draw and making custom sets
· Diagnosing service errors and improving quality
· Managing payments and your credit balance and usage history

3. Third-party sharing and processing

· Hosting: the Service runs on Vercel, and standard server logs (such as IP addresses) may be processed as part of access.
· Database and image storage: account data and asset images are stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL, Storage).
· Payments: to process payments and taxes, the payment provider (such as Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record) processes buyer information. That provider's privacy policy also applies.
· We do not sell your personal information or provide it to third parties for advertising outside the purposes above.

4. Retention and destruction

· When you delete your account, profile information (name, email, profile photo) is destroyed without delay, and data linked to your account (including custom sets and their image files) is deleted. However, payment and credit transaction records are kept for 5 years, as required by the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and then destroyed.
· If the Service shuts down, retained data is destroyed after notice.
